* Receive and provide service to visitors and clients in various service units; * Provide telephone support; * Provide guidance and information about the institution's operations, consultation procedures, surgeries, exams, and others; * Register and input new patients into the system; * Direct the patient's family or responsible party to receive the medical bulletin; * Enter relevant information regarding patient intake and related job activities into the system; * Schedule and input exams, consultations, and surgeries into the system; * Collect private fees at the time of patient discharge; * Complete the emergency cash register control spreadsheet with payment method details and issued RPS; * Request and verify patient documentation (insurance referral form, insurance card, prescription, etc.); * Guide patients with scheduled appointments to the consulting rooms; * Check and organize contracts daily and obtain missing signatures; * Verify and control the emergency cash register amount; * Attend to physician requests and update them on consultation schedules and hospitalized patients; * Process discharge of hospitalized patients in the system; * Request ambulances for patient transportation; * Manage bed allocation during nighttime, weekends, and holidays; * Handle all procedures, forms, and information required for death release; * Control and request office supplies for the department; * Ensure return of reception equipment (wheelchairs); maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the reception area; * Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity related to the position as assigned.
