This person will be responsible for presenting menus, registering orders in the system, and ensuring courteous, efficient, and well-executed service. Serve food and beverages, ensuring promptness and courtesy in service. Keep the work area always clean, organized, and properly stocked. Take care of equipment and utensils, ensuring their proper use and maintenance. Collect trays, cutlery, and other used items, sending them to the kitchen for cleaning. Present the expense bill or record it on the customer's account, detailing consumed items and services. Support the events department in setting up, organizing, and executing dining room service. ;**Requirements** Minimum experience of **6 months** Knowledge/experience with hotel systems, sales, and flexible availability.
