Bar Manager to supervise the waitstaff team throughout the service process, organizing, planning, and inspecting their services. The Bar Manager is responsible for managing and developing the customer service team; conducting shift-change meetings with the team; monitoring customer service; controlling and analyzing management tools; formulating performance strategies; preparing staff schedules; overseeing all daily operations and operational checklists of the restaurant; supervising, coordinating, and controlling the activities of servers, waiters, cashiers, and kitchen staff; controlling costs and inventories of food, beverages, and supplies; inspecting cleanliness; managing budgets; and developing strategies to attract more customers, including organizing customer satisfaction surveys and implementing service improvement methods. To perform effectively as a Bar Manager, the professional must possess logical reasoning and verbal skills, creativity, customer-oriented attention, conflict resolution ability, critical evaluation of ideas, leadership to direct, supervise, and collaborate with the team, and emotional stability when handling complaints, unexpected situations, and time pressure.
