The professional will assist in preparation, shaping, baking, and sector organization, maintaining a clean environment and ensuring product quality and consistency. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation and baking of bread and bakery products; * Weigh and separate ingredients according to recipes; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Assist in inventory control of bakery supplies; * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this field is preferred but not mandatory; * Good physical stamina and willingness to learn; * Organization, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
