Focus on organization, proactivity, and attention to detail **About the Role** We are looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to work strategically and operationally within the Marketing team, supporting brand campaigns, influencer activities, and high-visibility projects—including strategic launches. We seek an organized, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented individual who can easily collaborate in teams and contribute to excellence across all project stages. **Responsibilities** * Assist in structuring and monitoring marketing routines, operations, and processes; * Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns; * Monitor marketing, communication, and content strategies; * Support influencer initiatives and ensure alignment of deliverables; * Review content calendars and creative materials, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives; * Support the creation and organization of promotional materials and commercial campaigns; * Collaborate with agencies, vendors, influencers, and partners; * Assist in executing events, promotions, and marketing activities; * Organize calendars, timelines, and delivery workflows; * Conduct market research and competitive analysis; * Support monitoring of promotional activities; * Ensure quality, organization, and attention to detail in all deliverables. **Requirements** * Prior experience or internship in Marketing; * Completed or ongoing degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields; * Advanced or fluent Spanish is mandatory; * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Interest in digital marketing, campaigns, and social media; * Collaborative, proactive, and deadline-driven attitude. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with digital influencers and social media; * Experience managing digital campaigns; * Prior experience in the iGaming industry. **Additional Information** Location: Saco Grande \- Florianópolis Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
