You will own the entire recruitment process end-to-end. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Volume Management: Conduct recruitment processes with agility and quality. * End\-to\-End: Manage the full recruitment cycle: role alignment, hunting, screening, interviews, and offer delivery. * Technology: Use ATS tools to manage the candidate pipeline. * Cultural Fit: Serve as the first filter for our culture. Identify candidates who possess “fire in their eyes”, an execution-oriented profile, and zero tolerance for complaints. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources. * Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, handling operational and tactical roles. * Knowledge of sourcing and hunting techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms). * Strong interview facilitation skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills with managers and candidates. * Organized, proactive, and highly results-oriented. ### **What We Offer** * Monthly allowance of R$850.00\. * Wellhub * Starbem, Avus, and Dasa \- health-focused platforms * A unique workplace environment: state-of-the-art infrastructure, well-being rituals (e.g., meditation), high-energy atmosphere, and integration events. * A genuine opportunity to build the department in your own image and grow with the group.
