The environment is vibrant, featuring decompression rituals and a total focus on action. ### **The Challenge** We need a "hunter" Talent Acquisition professional to take ownership of our hiring engine. You will own the entire end-to-end selection process. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Volume Management: Conduct selection processes with agility and quality. * End\-to\-End: Manage the full recruitment cycle: profile alignment, candidate hunting, screening, interviews, and offer issuance. * Technology: Use ATS tools to manage the candidate pipeline. * Cultural Fit: Serve as the first filter for our culture. Identify candidates who possess "fire in the eyes", an execution-oriented profile, and zero complaint tendency. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources. * Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, handling operational and tactical positions. * Knowledge of sourcing and hunting techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms). * Strong interview facilitation skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills with managers and candidates. * Organization, proactivity, and strong results orientation. ### **What We Offer** * Monthly allowance of R$850.00\. * Wellhub * Starbem, Avus, and Dasa \- health-focused platforms * A unique workplace environment: state-of-the-art infrastructure, well-being rituals (e.g., meditation), energetic openness, and integration events. * A real opportunity to build the department in your image and grow with the group.
