Analyze trends, prepare management reports, and present strategic insights to leadership. Facilitate alignment meetings with clients, stakeholders, and partner departments, presenting KPIs and proposing solutions. Monitor complex operational indicators (KPIs) and propose data-driven adjustments—not only monitoring but also forecasting deviations. Manage and audit electronic time-tracking and benefits processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation. Lead specific cost-reduction projects (e.g., shuttle services, overtime, outsourced contracts) and resource-optimization initiatives. Provide technical support and guidance to junior analysts, sharing best practices and promoting team development. Create automated dashboards and reports to support decision-making. Serve as the primary interface with HR, Occupational Health and Safety, and Facilities departments, ensuring alignment between internal policies and operations.
