Your challenge is to bring operational efficiency to the support workflow, delivering high-quality features on time within a high-performance, high-volume environment focused on scalability and innovation — especially through the application of generative AI. **Your key responsibilities:** ----------------------------- * Develop high-quality code following internally defined engineering best practices. * Ensure software quality through testing and code reviews. * Specify features based on documents generated during discovery phases. * Engage in code review processes, technical refinement, and mentoring for less experienced developers. * Respond to incidents and support other teams — including support and related areas — on matters concerning the product. **Profile we seek:** ------------------------ * Experience in high-performance, high-volume request environments. * Solid knowledge of software architecture, code design, and design patterns. * Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Express, and MongoDB. * Familiarity with the NoSQL paradigm. * Collaborative, flexible profile with strong process orientation and openness to continuous learning. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** ------------------------------------ * Knowledge of Go. * Willingness to work with front-end (React) when required. * Experience with engineering metrics such as DORA Metrics and flow indicators. * Experience in projects involving applied artificial intelligence in products. * Ability to perform product reengineering and expansion into new conversational channels. **Selection process stages:** -------------------------------- * Application \- Submission of application; * Mindsight – Work-style assessment; * Talent Acquisition \- Competency-based interview with recruitment team; * Technical Challenge – Technical skills evaluation test; * Technical Interview \- Technical discussion regarding job requirements; * Final Interview \- Final alignment conversation with management; * BP Interview \- Conversation with Business Partner about culture and values; * Offer \- Final stage of the selection process, presenting the job offer.
