If you believe in the power of collective action, value genuine relationships, and want to contribute to a real purpose — advancing healthcare in Brazil while caring for our customers and supporting the growth of their businesses — your place may be here. **So, are you inspired to become a TSM?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in generating salary letters; * Support activities related to updating structural systems; * Monitor and support report creation (Excel \- Power BI); * Assist in controlling job descriptions; * Support general labor relations tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Economics, Accounting, Information Technology, or related fields; * Availability to work 30 hours per week; * Excel (intermediate/advanced level); * Preferred: knowledge of Power BI. **Additional Information** Department: Human Resources Work Model: Hybrid Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:20 PM Opportunity available at the following locations: São José/SC and Blumenau/SC Here, people come first.
