




Job Summary: A Human Resources professional responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment and selection process, developing training programs, and ensuring legal compliance. Plan, develop, and implement training and development programs to enhance employee competencies and promote professional growth. Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in integrating other HR subsystems, contributing to organizational process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: \- Conduct structured selection processes, including recruitment, resume screening, interviews, group dynamics, and administration of psychological or technical assessments; \- Draft and publish job advertisements across various recruitment channels and social media platforms, and maintain partnerships with institutions and consulting firms; \- Carry out onboarding of new employees, ensuring clear understanding of company culture, processes, and objectives; \- Develop and deliver training and development programs across all company departments, focusing on competency development and performance improvement; \- Identify and map training needs through performance evaluations, climate surveys, and feedback; \- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, adjusting them as necessary; \- Stay updated on labor legislation and ensure all recruitment and development processes comply with current laws; \- Support management of other HR subsystems, such as compensation and benefits, labor relations, and organizational climate; \- Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators related to recruitment, selection, and training.
