Then join us as a PARADIGMO! **Location:** Santo Antônio de Lisboa, Florianópolis – SC **Employment Type:** CLT – On-site **Working Hours:** Business hours (Monday to Friday) Brief Description Monitor and execute Human Resources Administration processes related to hiring, termination, vacations, benefits, payroll, and other labor routines, aiming to track outcomes, perform calculations, and generate reports to ensure process accuracy. Responsibilities Continuously analyze and monitor changes in labor and social security legislation, assess their impacts, and propose alternatives to ensure internal process compliance. Apply and ensure adherence to internal norms, policies, and guidelines issued by the Human Talent area, aligning personnel management procedures with company practices. Execute the monthly payroll process, including recording transactions, verification, and validation, ensuring accurate payment to employees and fulfillment of legal obligations. Issue payroll-related collection guides and legal declarations to government agencies, ensuring timely and correct settlement. Handle employment contract terminations, accurately calculating severance payments, preparing mandatory documentation, and ensuring legality, transparency, and compliance during employee offboarding. Issue and deliver annual Income Statements to employees, fulfilling the company’s tax obligations. Prepare managerial reports on personnel costs, promotions, salary adjustments, replacements, and workforce expansion, supporting management decision-making. Represent the company before the Ministry of Labor, labor unions, Labor Courts, and other official bodies, protecting organizational interests and managing labor-related matters. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related topics, promoting effective communication, transparency, and continuous assistance. Manage employee benefit registration, maintenance, and control, as well as provide support regarding benefit-related inquiries. Perform additional duties related to the role, as required by the department and company guidelines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Proven experience with Senior system. Experience in payroll processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Organizational skills, clear communication, and professional confidentiality.
