**Position: General Park Coordinator** Bravura Park – Military Themed Park **JOB MISSION** The General Park Coordinator will be responsible for leading Bravura Park’s operations, ensuring all areas function with excellence, organization, discipline, safety, and a high operational standard. We seek a strong, strategic, and operational leadership profile capable of making rapid decisions, leading teams in high-demand environments, and ensuring a memorable experience for visitors. This position will work directly alongside the executive management team and serve as a key element in structuring and growing park operations. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate the park’s entire daily operation; * Ensure a high standard of organization, discipline, and team functionality; * Lead supervisors, operational leaders, and multidisciplinary teams; * Supervise park opening, operation, and closing; * Guarantee excellence in the visitor experience; * Respond rapidly to operational issues; * Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements; * Coordinate departments including attractions, maintenance, cleaning, security, guest services, and food & beverage; * Ensure strict compliance with operational safety protocols; * Support staff scheduling, team organization, and operational alignment; * Participate in planning events, special initiatives, and strategic operations; * Ensure team conduct, presentation, and operational discipline; * Directly support executive management and execute park strategies; * Develop a strong, dynamic, performance-oriented operational culture. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Firm and inspiring leadership; * Simultaneously operational and strategic mindset; * Ability to lead under pressure; * Agility in decision-making; * Strong organizational skills and process-oriented vision; * High capability in people management; * Clear communication and professional demeanor; * Energy, initiative, and ownership mindset; * Hands-on leadership style. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in operational leadership; * Experience managing teams; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; * Prior experience in parks, tourism, entertainment, events, or high-volume operations is desirable; * Knowledge of operational management and conflict resolution. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in entertainment operations; * Experience in high-demand operations; * Disciplined, results-oriented leadership profile; * Experience with KPIs and operational improvement.
