Ability to work in a team and follow safety regulations RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for applying and molding layers of fiberglass on vessels, strictly adhering to technical drawings and required quality standards. Performs the lamination process using materials such as resin and fibers, ensuring structural strength, durability, and integrity of vessels. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Proficiency in operating manual and electric tools used in the lamination process; * Attention to detail, organization, and precision; * Ability to work in a team and follow safety regulations; * Commitment to quality and adherence to production deadlines. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Prior experience in fiberglass lamination, preferably in the marine industry; * Knowledge of manual and spray lamination processes, as well as associated materials (resins, fiber fabrics, etc.); * Ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
