Collaborate with the marketing team **Designer.** We are seeking a Designer to develop campaigns, digital and printed materials, presentations, and the company's visual identity, collaborating with the marketing team while ensuring quality and timely delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Create concepts, campaigns, and visual materials * Develop digital and printed assets * Design layouts for websites and presentations * Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation * Incorporate feedback and implement improvements to materials * Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * Adhere to the company's design standards and guidelines * Maintain communication regarding task progress **Requirements:** * Experience in graphic design or related fields * Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar) * Organizational and time-management skills * Strong communication and teamwork abilities * Ability to interpret creative briefs **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in digital marketing * Creation of ad creatives * Knowledge of UX/UI Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,31 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Florianópolis, SC
