Commitment to quality and production deadlines RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for assembling structural vessel components, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and quality standards. Works directly on installation and adjustment of components such as hulls, decks, bulkheads, superstructures, and other elements, guaranteeing the vessel's structural integrity. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: * Proficiency in using hand and power tools; * Attention to detail, organization, and precision; * Ability to work in a team and follow safety regulations; * Commitment to quality and adherence to production deadlines. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Prior experience in structural boat assembly or related activities; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly specifications; * Knowledge of material properties used, such as fiberglass, resins, and structural components.
