




**Main Functions and Activities:** * **Document Management:** Organize, file, prepare, and control documents and forms. * **Customer Service:** Provide telephone, in-person, and email support to clients, suppliers, and visitors. * **Financial Support:** Assist with accounts payable/receivable control, report generation, and expense tracking. * **Logistics and Inventory:** Monitor material inflows/outflows, manage inventory, and assist in delivery planning. * **HR:** Organize employee files, support onboarding and benefits administration. * **General Support:** Manage schedules, prepare meetings, generate reports, and provide team-wide support. **Required Skills:** * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in computer applications and systems. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Proactivity and adaptability.
