The professional will work on **evolution and maintenance projects** for the application, integrating into the **multidisciplinary development team**, with focus on user experience, solution stability, and integration with corporate systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement development and maintenance of features in the native Android application. * Ensure code adheres to best practices and standards defined by the technical team. * Collaborate with the team to ensure stable integrations and deliverables free of rework. * Participate in daily meetings, contributing creative and effective solutions. * Support the customer support squad in analyzing failures and incidents related to the mobile app. * Comply with internal company procedures and guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience with native Android development in Java. * Knowledge of REST APIs, GIT, and consumption of external services. * Experience with different device sizes (smartphones and tablets). * Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile development. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Kotlin and/or React Native. * Familiarity with common Android libraries (Retrofit, OkHttp, Jetpack, Gson, etc.). * Experience with automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD). * Knowledge of the Google Play Store publishing process. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Behavioral Competencies** * Autonomy and ownership mindset. * Collaboration and clear communication. * Logical reasoning and attention to detail. * Technical curiosity and continuous learning. * Results- and quality-oriented.
