Improve user experience ***We are a company operating in the Import / Foreign Trade sector, with a primary focus on B2B clients.*** We seek a professional to manage and optimize e-commerce operations, ensuring correct product exposure, efficiency in online sales processes, excellent customer experience, and growth of digital sales. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Manage the e-commerce platform (product listing, updates, and maintenance); \- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability on the website; \- Monitor orders, delivery statuses, and logistics integration; \- Track performance metrics (sales, conversion rate, traffic, average order value); \- Plan and execute promotional campaigns in the online environment; \- Support digital marketing strategies (campaigns, banners, landing pages); \- Enhance user experience and website navigation; \- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, IT, and sales); \- Monitor digital customer service channels; \- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of digital operations; \- Perform other duties related to the role. **Requirements:** We seek candidates with a completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Advertising, etc., along with hands-on experience using e-commerce platforms and performing the described responsibilities. **Working Hours:** Business hours — Monday to Friday. **Salary:** To be negotiated.
