Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative, organized, and results-oriented professional to work in the collections area, negotiating debts and supporting credit recovery. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to develop negotiation skills We are looking for a communicative, organized, and results-focused professional to join our collections team! ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Contact clients to negotiate debts (phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail) * Issue payment slips and payment agreements * Update system with negotiation information * Monitor portfolio of delinquent accounts * Support credit recovery efforts ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in collections is a plus. * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic computer literacy Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
