Apply now!* **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform technical interventions on tire and wheel components to ensure fleet vehicle preservation, physical integrity, and operational readiness within the JCA Group * Dismount the wheel from the vehicle, separating it from the damaged tire using appropriate tools * Inspect the internal and external surfaces of the tire, identifying damage to its components and locating and removing foreign objects embedded in the tread * Perform repairs according to each tire’s specific requirements * Mount the wheel back onto the vehicle using appropriate tools (e.g., impact wrench, torque wrench, etc.), ensuring correct torque specifications for each lug nut * Conduct preventive inspections according to established schedules * Inflate tires to the specified technical pressure * Perform vehicle steering alignment * Perform wheel balancing * Analyze tire scrapping eligibility * Assess resale feasibility * Diagnose the technical condition of tires * Complete documentation related to these activities * Carry out other related tasks of equivalent complexity, as requested by the immediate supervisor, to meet departmental needs * Comply with standardized operational procedures applicable to these activities * Inform the Maintenance Manager of any departmental irregularities * Attend courses, training sessions, and meetings when invited * Observe and comply with environmental, occupational safety, and hygiene regulations * Use provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing tasks * Apply concepts and processes of the Integrated Management System (IMS) * Embody organizational culture and values * Maintain workplace preservation, organization, and cleanliness to ensure optimal working conditions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completion of elementary education preferred * Basic computer literacy preferred **Work Schedule:** * Shift: 7:48 AM to 5:33 PM * 5x2 workweek; availability for weekend and night shifts as scheduled **BENEFITS:** * On-site cafeteria * Medical plan * Dental plan * Transportation allowance * Career development plan * On-site gym Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (CLT) **BENEFITS:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you currently reside in the Greater Florianópolis area?
