Desired Knowledge and Skills: Technical knowledge of civil construction materials, structural systems, and finishes. Strategic negotiation skills and critical cost analysis. Knowledge of ERP (Sienge) and advanced spreadsheets (Excel/Power BI), Prevision Ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Good communication and systemic vision. Teamwork Owner's mindset Proactive Good interpersonal relationships with internal and external peers What awaits you in your daily work: * Define acquisition strategies (table purchases, spot, auction, packages or other modalities according to supplier market needs and/or demand). * Participate in defining technical specifications together with Engineering, Procurement, and Budgeting. * Conduct market studies to identify new suppliers and alternative materials. * Receive and analyze requests for materials, services, and equipment. * Prepare and send RFI/RFQ/RFP for supplier quotations. * Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations (deadlines, prices, payment terms, warranties). * Issue purchase orders (POs) according to internal policies and compliance. * Ensure delivery deadlines are met according to the project schedule. * Monitor indicators such as: Savings achieved vs. budget, Purchase lead time, Delivery deadline compliance and quality, Percentage of emergency purchases. * Maintain managerial reports and procurement dashboards. * Register, approve, and evaluate suppliers (quality, deadlines, performance history). * Build long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers. * Promote technical visits and audits at supplier facilities. * Act in conflict resolution (damaged deliveries, invoice discrepancies, etc.). * Interact with Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, Finance, and Legal departments. * Participate in construction planning meetings to align demands and schedules. * Support field teams in material substitution and technical equivalency assessment. * Seek suppliers with ESG practices and sustainable materials. * Evaluate innovative solutions that reduce waste and increase productivity. * Implement responsible and traceable procurement practices. 2510190202501593492
