





**Job Mission:** The Quality Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. He/She leads the Quality team and promotes a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Responsible for ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practice standards. * Supervise and implement quality control processes in production. * Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and current regulations from ANVISA, VISA. * Monitor the quality of raw materials, inputs, and finished products. * Lead the quality team, promoting training and ensuring engagement in food safety practices. * Conduct internal audits and follow up on external audits and certifications. * Develop and monitor quality performance indicators. * Investigate non-conformities, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with production and R&D departments to improve processes and develop new products within quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Nutrition, Food Sciences, or Chemistry. * Postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Process Management, or related field will be an advantage. * Desired proven experience in leadership/management roles in Quality or Quality Assurance (QA/QC), preferably in the company's industry sector. * Solid experience in implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001 or industry-specific standards (e.g.: IATF 16949, ISO 13485, GMP/BPF). **Cultural Fit:** * Confidence in decisions * Respect in relationships * Responsibility for choices * Continuous improvement as the path **Soft Skills:** * Critical analysis * Leadership and Effective Communication * Teamwork * Problem Solving **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Food Safety standards (HACCP, GMP/BPF). * Knowledge and experience in certifications such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC, or SQF. * Proficiency in quality management systems. **Benefits:** Market-competitive compensation Food Allowance – Caju Card R$500.00 (R$25.00 per day) Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance – Caju Card R$100.00 (Fuel R$5.00 per day) PLR – Company profit sharing Health Insurance – AEMFLO Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (Monday to Friday)
