Job Summary: After-Sales Analyst to analyze and monitor warranty processes, develop KPIs, provide technical support, and improve processes with a focus on customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Located in Palhoça/SC, in the Pedra Branca neighborhood, the company stands out for innovation, quality, and commitment to its customers and employees. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze and monitor warranty processes with customers and dealers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service quality; * Develop and monitor departmental KPIs (technical deliveries, warranties, services, customer satisfaction, etc.); * Review and validate Technical Service Reports (TSRs), ensuring data consistency; * Conduct post-service surveys and analyze results, proposing improvements; * Manage and analyze information in systems (ERP) and management spreadsheets; * Coordinate scheduling of technical services, travel, and technical deliveries; * Control advances and expense reports related to external activities; * Support budget preparation and sales processes for parts and services; * Perform verification and control of invoices (inbound and service-related), including XML files; * Serve as a liaison between internal departments, technical teams, customers, and dealers; * Identify opportunities for improvement in after-sales processes and propose solutions; * Support strategic departmental initiatives and interface with leadership. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields); * Experience in after-sales, services, or technical support; * Experience in data and KPI analysis; * Experience in customer service and/or partner network management; * Familiarity with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in related areas; * Experience in dealerships, manufacturing, or the nautical/automotive sector; * Knowledge of technical warranty and technical assistance processes; **What We Offer:** * Health insurance (Unimed) * Dental insurance * Food basket * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$4.400,00 per month Experience: * After-Sales Service (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
