




Will be responsible for supporting import operations and routines, acting strategically and operationally throughout the entire process—from prospecting and negotiating with international suppliers to monitoring import documentation and logistics. **Key responsibilities:** * Provide immediate support for all requests from the department head; * Prospect internal and external suppliers and service providers; * Negotiate with international suppliers to achieve optimal cost-benefit ratios; * Prepare and verify documents and spreadsheets; * Analyze import documents; * Obtain quotations for equipment and products overseas; * Assist with general departmental import-related tasks; * Request samples for quality testing; * Monitor and verify follow-ups, invoices, process closures, etc.; * Enter and update import orders in the system; * Calculate estimated import costs; * Follow up on product warranty returns from overseas suppliers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a higher education or technical program in International Relations, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields; * Strong willingness to learn and work; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel); * Intermediate English (strong reading and writing skills); * Organized with attention to detail.
