




Job Description: What We Expect From You: Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Desired Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and oversee civil construction projects. * Conduct technical evaluations of solutions implemented on-site; investigate and resolve structural pathologies; develop studies on new technologies and procedures. * Specify equipment, materials, and services. * Validate the project budget with senior management. * Calculate unit costs for labor, equipment, materials, and services, allocating both specific and general project costs. * Collaborate with the planning team to develop physical and financial schedules; update and revise these schedules as required. * Submit and authorize material procurement requests and contract-related actions through the Sienge system. * Support the Procurement Department in technical purchase evaluations. * Assist in preparing the site diary, identifying issues and incidents involving service providers to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements. * Support contract management for service providers, preparing interim payment certificates and monitoring remaining contract balances. * Assist in quality control activities, approving or rejecting materials and services, identifying methods, and utilizing instruments and tools for quality assurance. * Support coordination of the site’s technical team, assisting in delegation of responsibilities to ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and quality targets. * Coordinate with the Design Department whenever necessary, ensuring up-to-date information regarding modifications, revisions, and approvals of execution drawings. * Monitor and assist in generating monthly performance indicator reports on a dedicated platform immediately after receiving updated data. * Ensure all conditions are met at project completion to facilitate technical inspections for issuance of permits, licenses, and occupancy certificates (Habite-se). * Review and verify the owner’s manual to guarantee accurate and complete information for the client. * Monitor and support inspection and handover processes for residential units. * Provide technical content to the Marketing Department upon request for client communications. * Conduct post-construction technical inspections to assess whether warranty claims or maintenance interventions are required to properly serve clients. * Participate in training programs when requested and deliver training sessions whenever necessary. 2512060202191610588
