Desirable: Experience in construction projects Required Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Autocad and Office Suite, knowledge in planning and quality control What to expect in your day-to-day: * Plan, execute and control construction projects. * Technically evaluate solutions implemented in construction sites, investigate and solve pathologies, develop studies on new technologies and procedures. * Specify equipment, materials and services. * Validate the project budget with management. * Prepare unit cost composition for labor, equipment, materials and services, allocating specific and general costs of the project. * Collaborate with planning to develop the physical and financial schedule, as well as perform updates and revisions when necessary. * Perform and authorize material procurement requests and contracts through the Sienge system. * Assist the procurement area in technical purchase negotiations. * Assist in preparing the construction diary, identifying issues and incidents with service providers, aiming to ensure compliance with quality, cost and schedule requirements. * Support contract management for service providers, preparing measurements and monitoring contract residual balances. * Assist in quality control on site, accepting or rejecting materials and services, identifying methods and using instruments and tools for control. * Support coordination of the site's technical team, assisting in delegating responsibilities to ensure task completion within cost, time and quality parameters. * Interact with the design department whenever necessary, ensuring updated information on modifications, changes and corrections of executive designs are approved. * Monitor and assist in preparing monthly performance indicator reports on a specific platform, immediately after receiving updated data. * Ensure conditions are met at the end of each project for technical inspections required to obtain permits, licenses and occupancy certificates. * Monitor and review the owner's manual, ensuring accurate information is provided to the client. * Follow up on inspection and apartment delivery processes. * Provide, when requested by the Marketing department, technical content for client communications. * Conduct post-construction technical inspections, assessing the need to activate technical warranty or maintenance services for proper customer support. * Participate in training programs when called upon, and conduct trainings whenever necessary. 2510190202501580158
