As a **Civil Engineer**, you will be responsible for playing a vital role in the creation and maintenance of infrastructures and buildings that benefit the client, considering aspects of safety, sustainability, innovation, and quality of life. **Responsibilities and duties** **What to expect from your day-to-day:** * Plan, execute, and control construction projects. * Technically evaluate adopted solutions in construction projects, investigate and solve pathologies, develop studies on new technologies and procedures. * Specify equipment, materials, and services. * Validate the project budget with management. * Prepare unit cost composition for labor, equipment, materials, and services, allocating specific and general project costs. * Collaborate with planning to develop physical and financial schedules, making updates and revisions when necessary. * Initiate and authorize material procurement requests and contracts through the Sienge system. * Support the Procurement department in technical purchase negotiations. * Prepare the construction diary, identifying problems and incidents with service providers, aiming to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets. * Manage service provider contracts, preparing measurements and monitoring contract residual balances. * Control construction quality, accepting or rejecting materials and services, identifying methods and using instruments and tools for control. * Coordinate the site's technical team, delegating responsibilities to meet activities within cost, time, and quality requirements. * Interact with the design department whenever necessary, ensuring updated information regarding modifications, changes, and corrections to approved execution designs. * Prepare monthly performance indicator reports on a specific platform, immediately after receiving updated data. * Ensure proper conditions at the end of each project for technical inspections required for permits, licenses, and occupancy certificates. * Monitor and review the owner's manual, ensuring accurate information for the customer. * Coordinate and monitor apartment inspection and delivery processes. * Provide technical content to the Marketing department upon request for customer communications. * Conduct post-construction technical inspections, evaluating the need to activate technical warranty or maintenance for proper customer support. * Participate in training programs when requested and conduct training sessions whenever necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, active CREA registration **Desirable:** Postgraduate degree in Construction Management. **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Proficiency in Navisworks, Bimcollab, or Revit software, advanced Excel, ambition, leadership, resilience, good communication, willingness to learn, desirable understanding of design, planning, and budgeting. **Additional information** Here you will find a collaborative environment full of competent and committed professionals.
