We are seeking a Building Technician to work on a construction site at Praia Brava – Florianópolis for a renowned regional construction company. Responsibilities: * Quantification of materials; * Training and qualification of staff; * Assistance in waste management control; * Supervision of works and quality control; * Control of site documentation and overall occupational safety; * Team management, training, PPE, vacations, etc.; * Accompaniment of technical visits; * Assistance in schedule control; * Monitoring of planning and rescheduling; * Handover of apartments to clients; * Control of client-supplied materials; * Project control; * Technical manual control; * Completion of the Construction Diary; * As-built documentation; * Structural and installation mapping; * Preparation of technical reports; * Assistance in warehouse control; * Assistance in employee time tracking; * Assistance in completing the finishing schedule and warranty schedule. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction projects; Basic AutoCAD knowledge; SIENGE; Microsoft Office suite; Technical qualification in Building Construction or Civil Engineering.
