




Our client is seeking a professional to provide operational support in the architecture department. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate with operational departments on organization, maintenance, and modernization; Monitor construction project progress; Provide support to departmental management for events and projects; Negotiate with suppliers and service providers within the department; Assist store tenants during onboarding and offboarding processes, guiding them on shopping center procedures; Monitor inventory, organization, and stocktaking; Support goods receiving activities; Support administrative routines; Perform operational quality control for materials and services; Assist in preparing and organizing technical and administrative documents required for submissions to municipal, state, and federal government agencies; Track the progress of procedures with city halls, regulatory agencies, and concessionaires, ensuring status updates and deadline compliance. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a Technology Program in Building Construction or related fields; Proficiency in AutoCAD; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Budgeting experience is desirable; Proactivity; Strong interpersonal skills. **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Attendance bonus; Life insurance and health plan (effective after 90 days). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break) **Work Location:** **City:** Porto Belo **State:** Santa Catarina
