If you seek a dynamic, collaborative, and opportunity-rich environment, this is your place! **As Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:** Strategic Responsibilities * Participate in strategic meetings with executive leadership, contributing analyses, diagnostics, and actionable proposals. * Translate strategic decisions into practical marketing, branding, and performance plans. * Act as the central liaison between executive leadership, marketing, and sales teams. Agency Management and Coordination * Coordinate advertising and SEO agencies according to guidelines and priorities defined with executive leadership. * Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables. * Enforce deadlines, quality standards, and tangible outcomes—avoiding actions misaligned with brand positioning. * Validate strategies, campaigns, and materials prior to execution. * Analyze agency reports and consolidate data for presentation to executive leadership. Branding, Performance, and Data * Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all channels. * Analyze performance metrics (MQLs, sales, CAC, channels, funnel). * Propose growth strategies based on data insights. * Adjust course based on performance—not just deliverables. Operations and Organization * Manage inventory of promotional items, marketing materials, and corporate assets. * Plan materials for campaigns, events, and commercial initiatives. * Support internal teams with clear, well-organized, and comprehensive guidance. **Desired Qualifications:** Preferably reside in the southern part of the island.
