Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze credit, market, liquidity, and capital risk scenarios; monitor key indicators; prepare reports; and propose risk metrics, while maintaining and enhancing the IFRS 9 model and FIDC (Investment Fund in Credit Rights) management. If you seek a dynamic environment full of opportunities where your work makes a real difference, it makes perfect sense for you to embrace our purpose of "delighting people democratically and accessibly" with us**.** **Our Values** Delight \| Bold Innovation \| Collaboration \| Commitment to Results \| Transparency **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and test credit, market, liquidity, and capital risk scenarios. * Monitor indicators linked to the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS). * Prepare executive reports and presentations for the Executive Board. * Propose new risk metrics and indicators. * Maintain and enhance the **IFRS 9** model. * Calculate and validate PDD (Probability of Default) based on regulatory and accounting criteria. * Conduct stress testing and simulations of capital and earnings impact. * Prepare, verify, submit, and monitor documents such as: * DRL, DRM, DLO, 3040, 3050, banking fees, and other documents required by the Central Bank of Brazil * Approval coordination with (Autbank, Função, and Dock). * Track rejections and action plans. * **Investment Fund in Credit Rights (FIDC):** * Assess eligibility and quality of credits assigned to the fund. * Monitor compliance with classification criteria and over-collateralization thresholds. * Track delinquency, subordination, and triggers for evaluation events. * Control and analysis of limits: * Monitor fund performance (yield, implied PDD, duration, liquidity risk). * Technical interaction with the Fund Administrator, Manager, and Custodian. * Simulate the impact of portfolio deterioration on the subordinated share. * Assess adherence to the fund’s regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in: * Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
