Perform routine inspections on fleet equipment and concrete batching plants in order to identify deviations and correct them, ensuring equipment availability for production. Lubricate industrial equipment and fleet by checking oil levels and viscosity, in order to top up or change oils and greases to prevent abnormal wear. Collect and send oil samples for analysis as per established guidelines, aiming to provide material for quality verification. Perform preventive, corrective maintenance and minor assemblies on fleet equipment and concrete batching plants at Engemix branch locations. Weld equipment and parts according to established procedures, aiming to keep them in normal operating condition. Conduct operational tests on equipment, verifying whether the quality of work performed meets proper operating standards, checking proper component fastening, lubrication, abnormal noises, alignments, working pressures, and other relevant items related to the nature of the work. Report any irregularities or doubts regarding equipment performance to the immediate supervisor. Ensure final release to the operation team according to established standards. Repair general parts and equipment, following drawings or instruction catalogs, maintenance operational procedure standards, to ensure accuracy of services performed.
