Work environment offering autonomy and impact Position: Operational Manager – Eco-Lodge **Nature Hospitality \| Exclusive Expansion Project** We are looking for an **Operational Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our eco-lodge, with a **leadership-oriented, organized, practical, and solution-driven profile**, capable of coordinating people, processes, and partners to guarantee **operational excellence and a memorable guest experience**. This role is strategic within an **exclusive nature hospitality project**, featuring an **innovative business model** and an **ongoing expansion plan**. Key Responsibilities Operational Management and Coordination * Coordinate and supervise the entire **eco-lodge operation**, ensuring high-quality standards. * Directly manage **housekeeping**, cleaning, room preparation, and inventory control. * Manage and align **third-party services** (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, operational support). * Organize and supervise: * Breakfast service and F\&B routines; * Check-in, check-out, and guest service; * Preventive and corrective maintenance; * Landscaping, common areas, and infrastructure. People, Processes, and Quality * Lead, guide, and train the team, fostering a **culture of excellence and hospitality**. * Ensure correct execution of **operational processes and brand standards**. * Conduct periodic team meetings for alignment and continuous improvement. * Monitor guest experience indicators (NPS, online reviews), responding **promptly and effectively** to incidents and complaints. Purchasing and Control * Handle **operational procurement**, inventory management, and supplies control. * Support **cost management**, resource optimization, and operational efficiency. Mandatory Requirements * Proven experience in **hospitality, eco-lodges, or high-end accommodation**. * Experience in **team management and operational coordination**. * Organized, communicative, and results-oriented profile. * Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, partners, and problem resolution. * Availability for a **hands-on, participatory, and on-site operational role**.
