




We are seeking a Social Media professional to lead the online presence of a service-sector operation. The person will play a strategic role, defining editorial guidelines, producing and coordinating content, and measuring results to optimize engagement and acquisition. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute the content strategy (always-on + specific campaigns). * Define audience personas and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels. * Plan and schedule posts (posts, stories, short videos, reels), including simple scripts. * Coordinate content calendars/editorial plans and guide designers and copywriters. * Monitor metrics, generate reports, and propose optimizations. * Identify and manage partnerships with creators/UGC contributors and influencers. * Manage the digital community (responses, engagement stimulation). * Support the creation of assets involving smartphone video capture and basic editing when needed. **What We Expect:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Proven experience managing social media platforms and planning content. * Analytical skills to interpret metrics and deliver actionable insights. * Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to align creative teams. * Willingness to appear on camera (when requested) and produce hands-on content. **Desirable:** * Practical knowledge of social listening and publishing tools. * Experience with project management tools (Kanban/PM tools). * Familiarity with paid media and content optimization for performance.
