The Florianópolis Eye Hospital (HOF) is a reference in ophthalmological care in Santa Catarina. We are seeking a Reception Assistant to join our team of excellence in vision care. **Qualifications and Responsibilities** Provide in-person and telephone patient service, support the medical team whenever necessary, generate health insurance authorization forms, and handle other tasks related to patient service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Public service experience; * Completed high school education. **Work Schedule and Location** * Position 1: Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. * Position 2: Monday to Friday, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. * Work location: Centro, Florianópolis/SC. **Salary:** R$ 1\.618,36, plus an occupational hazard allowance of R$ 303,60\. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Childcare allowance; * Health insurance plans and commercial discounts; * Profit-sharing program; * Life insurance; * Food allowance; * Meal voucher; * Transportation voucher.
