Founded in 2022, LabV offers a cloud\-based platform designed to transform industrial laboratories into intelligent data hubs, enhancing efficiency and product quality across various sectors. **Job Description** We are looking for a Software Engineer to support the further development of our AI team and the underlying LabV platform. Strong software engineering background and initial experience with LLMs—or a clear motivation to grow in this area. Solid backend engineering, microservices, and platform integration, with opportunities to expand into LLM\-related development. **Qualifications** **Responsibilities** * Understand and analyze laboratory use cases processed via LabV (e.g., quality analysis of recyclates). * Develop, extend, and maintain microservices and APIs that interface with our AI assistant and LabV platform. * Contribute to the integration of LLM tools and AI functionality into production\-grade systems. * Ensure scalable, observable, and well\-tested backend services. * Implement CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and Infrastructure\-as\-Code (IaC) configurations. * Support the development of conversational interfaces powered by LLMs. * Collaborate with the AI team to translate platform requirements into robust software systems. **Requirements** * Strong experience in Python and modern software engineering practices. * Experience with microservices, API design, and backend integration. * Knowledge of cloud deployment, CI/CD, testing, IaC, observability, and scalability concepts. * Initial exposure to LLMs, AI models, or prompt\-based interfaces—or strong motivation to learn. * Experience with modern development tooling and best practices. * Willingness to develop skills in LLM tooling, embeddings, RAG, and conversational AI over time. **Additional Information** CLT or PJ contract Remote or hybrid work in Florianópolis
