**Yard Leader**
We are seeking a professional to manage the equipment yard, responsible for administrative and operational activities. The candidate must be available and versatile to work integrally across these areas, ensuring organization, control, and operational efficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
Handle dispatch and receipt of equipment sent for rental;
Be responsible for equipment loading and unloading;
Oversee equipment yard operations, maintaining organization and ensuring equipment availability for rental according to customer demand;
Organize and monitor equipment movement within the yard;
Organize and monitor loading and unloading processes, maintaining interface with suppliers to meet contractual specifications agreed upon with customers and company-established procedures;
Ensure completion and submission of equipment rental and return agreements;
Ensure proper sorting and selection of equipment returned from rental;
Ensure photographic reporting of equipment and correct submission of materials to the central office;
Ensure administrative tasks such as invoice verification and submission, and accurate document organization;
Ensure correct inventory movement entries via system;
Monitor civil works and yard renovations;
Keep current supervisor updated on yard activity progress.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Experience managing distribution centers / warehouses / sheds / fabrication shops;
* Availability to perform operational tasks.
* Driver's license category B
**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Availability required for overtime during weekdays and Saturdays (overtime paid at 100%).
**Salary:** R$2.900 - R$3.500
**Benefits:**
· Meal card: R$33.00 per working day;
· Transportation: Bus pass OR fuel allowance for commuting between home and workplace.
Fuel allowance calculation: The distance in kilometers between the employee’s residence and workplace is determined. Subsequently, the employee informs the vehicle model to be used and its fuel consumption rate (kilometers per liter of gasoline). Based on these data (distance to workplace and vehicle fuel consumption), the daily gasoline volume required for commuting is calculated. Considering gasoline price at R$6.50 per liter, the monthly fuel allowance amount is defined. This fuel allowance has a monthly upper limit, equivalent to the amount that would be spent if the employee commuted by bus. (Monthly transportation deduction: 3% of gross salary).
· Performance bonus: Up to 15% of salary, depending on individual performance evaluation. Evaluation criteria established and assessed by Grupo VPA (goals and behavioral competencies). **Evaluation is paid bimonthly.**
· Amil Medical and Dental Assistance: 90% of monthly premium covered by the Company, 10% of monthly premium and co-payment costs borne by the employee. Dependents: Only children. If the employee wishes to include children, the policy will be as follows: 50% of monthly premium covered by the Company, 50% of monthly premium and co-payment costs borne by the employee.
· My Day (one day off in the employee’s birthday month).
· Birthday bonus of R$100.00.
