Preparation and organization of the service area Job Description: * Attending to customer orders placed in the restaurant and/or hotel room service; * Presenting menus, making suggestions, assisting customers in selecting dishes, and recording orders (dishes and beverages); * Serving food and beverages in the restaurant and guest rooms (room service); * Ensuring proper care and hygiene of restaurant equipment and utensils; * Serving self-service buffets; * Sending utensils to washing areas; * Presenting expense receipts and registering orders on customers' accounts; * Receiving guidance from Senior and Lead Waiters regarding standard customer service routines, service area preparation, and administrative tasks performed by the team.
