Leadership and team development **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and monitor strategies to achieve and exceed targets and enhance brand positioning; * Manage administrative routines and store operations (e.g., opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, cleaning, equipment maintenance, and cash handling); * Inventory management: receiving, verification, restocking, product display, invoice processing, returns, and stocktaking; * Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., conversion rate, average transaction value, average ticket, inventory turnover) and manage the store budget; * People management with focus on individual development: recruitment, training, motivation, consequence management, etc.; * Knowledge of Visual Merchandising. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Must reside in Porto Belo or surrounding areas (100% on-site work at Porto Belo Outlet Premium); * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule; * Relevant professional experience.
