We are looking for an **Operational Construction Manager** to lead our field activities, ensuring planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects with technical and operational excellence. **Responsibilities** * Manage all project phases (planning, execution, and delivery); * Supervise technical and administrative teams; * Control schedules, budgets, and resources; * Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and service providers; * Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations (NRs); * Prepare progress reports and performance indicators; * Implement improvements in management and execution processes. **Requirements** * Degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Electrical Engineering** (preferred); * Proven experience in **industrial construction coordination and management**; * Knowledge of **project reading, budgeting, and planning**; * Skills in **leadership**, **team management**, and **decision-making**; * Proficiency in **MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD**; * **Willingness to travel.** **Work Location** Coverage of construction projects across the entire **Southern Region of Brazil**, with occasional travel to other states. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4,000.00 - R$7,500.00 per month
