Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to lead the team, ensure excellence throughout the customer journey, structure processes, and develop teams in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop the Customer Success and support team, ensuring strategic alignment and results delivery; Coordinate a multidisciplinary team, guaranteeing efficiency and service quality; Implement training and continuous development programs for the team; Monitor performance KPIs (NPS, CSAT, SLA Response times, etc.); Design retention strategies to reduce churn and increase loyalty; Identify and implement continuous improvements to internal processes; Promote a company-wide Customer Success culture; Manage customer service platforms and oversee the end-to-end customer journey. Requirements **Completed bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Business Management, Customer Service, or related fields; **Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Customer Success, Support, or related teams**; **Willingness to work on-site in the João Paulo neighborhood/Florianópolis** **Desired Knowledge:** CRM tools and customer data management; Managing customer expectations and providing support; HubSpot Service (a plus).
