Job Summary: We are seeking a Laboratory Assistant to join our team, responsible for sterilization, organization, and control of materials and equipment, ensuring smooth process operations. Bio Meds Brasil is experiencing continuous growth and is looking for a Laboratory Assistant to join our team and contribute to the organization and efficiency of our processes! If you are detail-oriented, organized, responsible, possess logical reasoning skills, and communicate effectively, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform material and equipment sterilization processes according to established procedures. * Prepare and organize sterilization loads (autoclave or other applicable methods). * Complete logbooks and records related to sterilization processes and area activities. * Verify identification, integrity, and status of materials before and after sterilization. * Release and organize sterilized materials for production use. * Report any deviations, process failures, or irregularities identified to the responsible person. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the sterilization area in accordance with internal procedures and good practices. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Prior experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, or sterilization environments; * Basic knowledge of GMP, autoclave operation, and inventory control will be considered an advantage; * Experience in laboratory or pharmaceutical production; * Experience handling liquid solutions or formulations; * Experience recording production data will be an advantage; * Prior exposure to injectable production or hospital compounding is desirable.
