We are seeking a responsible Pourer who is attentive to safety regulations and disciplined in process execution — someone who understands the importance of strictly following Work Instructions to ensure process quality and the safety of all involved personnel.
Responsibilities and Activities:
- Prepare the pouring ladle by ramming the crucible according to the defined procedure;
- Heat the pouring ladle, respecting safety and operational parameters;
- Pour molten steel into ceramic molds, as specified in the Work Instructions;
- Ensure the pouring process occurs safely, controllably, and within technical standards;
- Inspect equipment conditions before, during, and after pouring;
- Report deviations, failures, or unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisor;
- Strictly comply with internal safety, quality, and environmental regulations;
- Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department.

Completed Elementary School.
