We seek a careful, organized professional with strong diagnostic ability. ️ Required Activities and Knowledge Installation and configuration of inkjet, laser, thermal, and dot matrix printers Preventive and corrective maintenance (cleaning, part replacement, calibration) Diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and software failures Knowledge of ink cartridges and toners (refilling, compatibility, and chips) **Network Configuration:** shared printers, IP settings, and drivers **Operating Systems:** Windows, Linux, and macOS Basic electronics knowledge and ability to read technical manuals Experience with firmware and drivers from manufacturers such as HP, Epson, Canon, Brother, among others **Requirements:** Technical course in IT, electronics, or related field Relevant work experience is a plus Organizational skills and customer service ability Responsible and proactive profile Benefits Fuel allowance Meal allowance via benefits card
