We are seeking a CNC Lathe Operator to perform preparation, adjustment, and operation of CNC machines, ensuring the manufacture of parts with high precision and quality according to project specifications. Responsibilities and Activities: - Prepare, adjust, and operate CNC machines (CNC lathes and, occasionally, machining centers). - Interpret production orders, technical drawings, and product specifications. - Perform tool adjustments, offsets, and parameter corrections. - Conduct dimensional measurements and inspections using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, etc.). - Monitor the machining process to ensure produced parts meet specifications. - Maintain machines, tools, and the workplace in good condition. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical Requirements Previous experience as a CNC Lathe Operator. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation. Proficiency in using measuring instruments and dimensional control.
