**Sales Assistant Opportunity** **Insurance Brokerage** **Florianópolis (Downtown) – SC / On-site** **Job Objective:** Prospecting and converting insurance sales through consultative service, recommending solutions suitable for each client’s profile. In post-sales, maintaining continuous relationship-building to foster customer loyalty, policy renewals, and new business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** · Actively selling insurance products by presenting solutions tailored to the client’s profile. · Prompt and efficient handling of leads received via call center and digital channels. · Consultative presentation of products, highlighting benefits. · Collection, verification, and organization of documentation required to formalize proposals. · Generation of quotations and presentation of proposals. · Conducting negotiations transparently, swiftly, and with a focus on conversion. · Prospecting new clients through proactive outreach and relationship management. · Managing post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business (cross-sell). · Updating information in the CRM. **Requirements** · Completed high school education. · Prior experience at an insurance brokerage or insurance company. · Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. · Knowledge of insurance industry products and processes. · Strong organizational skills and efficiency in customer service. · Experience using CRM tools. **Preferred Qualifications** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance Management, or related fields is desirable. · Familiarity with major insurance company portals. **Position Details** · Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract). · Work Format: On-site · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break. · Salary: R$ 2500.00 \+ attractive commission · Benefits: Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Unimed Health Plan, Dental Plan, Fuel Voucher or Transportation Voucher, Life Insurance.
