**Description** Act strategically and operationally in integrating development, infrastructure, and operations, ensuring stability, efficiency, and security in Santé's technological environments. Will be responsible for optimizing processes, automating routines, providing technical support to the team, and supporting intelligent data usage for decision-making. **Responsibilities and duties** Serve as the main point of contact for technical user support. Administer, update, and maintain corporate software and systems currently used by the company. Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new systems and technological tools. Create and/or integrate APIs between systems when necessary. Automate continuous integration and deployment processes (CI/CD). Ensure information security and support compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Monitor and maintain data backup and recovery procedures. Manage hardware and software inventory control. Create and maintain managerial dashboards and reports using BI tools. Provide basic HTML and CSS support for integrations with web tools. **Requirements and qualifications** Proven experience with BI tools (TARGIT, Power BI or equivalent). Knowledge of SQL and database queries. Previous experience in network administration and IT infrastructure support. Solid knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows and Linux), networks, and servers. Familiarity with information security and understanding of LGPD. Experience in software maintenance and support (installation, updates, troubleshooting). Understanding of dimensional modeling and ETL processes. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and RESTful API creation. Clear communication skills and ability to interact effectively with managers and business areas. Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, focused on results and delivery quality. Ability to translate technical terms into executive language.
