Support for safety and internal communication REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * **Essential:** Bachelor’s or Technologist degree in Administration, Occupational Safety, Human Resource Management, or related fields * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (e-mail, systems) * **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety / Management Systems (a plus) REQUIRED SKILLS: * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Logical reasoning DESIRED ATTITUDES: * Good interpersonal relationship skills * Strong sense of organization * Commitment to standards, procedures, and deadlines * Ethical, responsible, and collaborative attitude RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support SGI and SESMT routine activities * Support cleaning, maintenance, and building conservation departments * Support security and reception areas (surveillance, access control) * Support other departments (reception, cafeteria, landscaping) * Organize and control legal documents (PGR, PCMSO, ASO, PPE records, service orders, etc.) * Control and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Support control of safety equipment (fire extinguishers, kits, signage) * Support management of outsourced services * Provide administrative and reception support as operationally required * Support environmental compliance obligations and official system registrations * Support internal safety communication (onboarding, safety talks, campaigns, SIPAT).
