We are looking for a **Senior Cloud Infrastructure Analyst**, who will be responsible for ensuring reliability by continuously monitoring availability, latency, and performance of production systems, thereby ensuring a resilient and stable environment. Apply now — we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Reliability Assurance** * Continuously monitor availability, latency, and performance of production systems, ensuring a resilient and stable environment. * Define, document, and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring services meet established reliability standards. * Collaborate with development teams to balance delivery speed with production system stability. **Automation** * Develop and implement automation solutions to reduce repetitive manual tasks and optimize operational efficiency. * Create and maintain runbooks, scripts, and custom tools that improve monitoring, fault detection, and automated incident response. * Adopt Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for automated provisioning, ensuring consistent, scalable, and efficient environments. **Incident Management** * Respond promptly to production incidents, performing effective triage and minimizing user impact. * Conduct incident post-mortems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Create and refine incident response playbooks, ensuring the team acts swiftly and accurately during critical situations. **Scalability and Performance** * Collaborate with development teams to ensure systems are scalable and can support traffic spikes without compromising performance. * Perform regular load and performance testing, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to optimize operational efficiency. * Adjust infrastructure and application configurations to maximize resource utilization and reduce operational costs. **Security** * Adopt DevSecOps practices to embed security across all phases of the development and operations lifecycle. * Work with the security team to implement compliance policies, auditing, and protection of sensitive data. * Proactively monitor and respond to security vulnerabilities and threats, ensuring system integrity and privacy. **Documentation** * Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, processes, and operational procedures, ensuring traceability and versioning for auditing and continuous improvement. * Create technical guides and documentation for development and operations teams, promoting best practices and cross-team alignment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Clear communication and attention to detail; * Responsibility regarding deadlines and schedules; * Ability to produce technical documentation for internal teams and clients; * Proven experience supporting cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS); * Operating systems (Linux and Windows); * Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation); * Experience creating/managing containers (Kubernetes, Docker, Auto Scaling, spot.io); * Knowledge of infrastructure management. **Preferred Knowledge:** * Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, New Relic, Elastic Stack); * Cloud connectivity (VPN, VPC, Security Group); * Experience writing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). **Additional Information** **BENEFITS** Flexible working hours Educational Incentives (Partnerships with Educational Institutions) Paid Vacation TotalPass Birthday Off Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Maternity Leave Paternity Leave AWS Certification Reimbursement Who We Are We are **Darede**: a technology company with an innovative soul, driven by people and guided by the purpose of transforming businesses, careers, and stories through technology.
